Team Enablement
We enable teams to be self sufficient without compromising on creative quality. Enablement means handing over the power with the right tools for you to succeed with the minimum of external input.
From comprehensively designed toolkits that help your team communicate professionally, through to templates that can be tailored for purpose on platforms like Canva, we allow our clients to take creative into their own hands and extend creative budgets to bigger initiatives.
Brand Toolkits
Brand toolkits are ‘supercharged’ presentation templates. Toolkits allow sales and marketing teams in a business to speak the same visual language.
Toolkits generally consist of hundreds of diverse slide layout options, supplemented by an exclusive imagery library and an icon collection licensed for users to create and distribute unique content that looks consistent.
Toolkits generally include sample slide layouts and image/icon libraries. They also have the benefit of ongoing cost savings as the majority of the hard work has been done and the end users are enabled to select slide layouts that suit their content to create something cohesive, amazing and—most importantly—on-brand and on-message!
Toolkit Example: Adaptly
The Challenge: The team at Adaptly wanted their people to be communicating in a consistent way.
The Solution: We provided a toolkit consisting of templated pages catering to a broad variety of content options, a style guide PDF and a built in image library to allow for personalisation and variety.

Canva Templates
Another way to streamline efficiencies in creative output and reduce costs is to utilise the custom template function for the online design platform canva.com.
Members of your business are able to log into a group account pick a template, add their content and export ready for publishing online via social media or print flyers on an as needed basis without having to work via an agency.
Canva Example: Grosvenor
The Challenge: The team at Grosvenor wanted a cost-effective approach to the productions of social media tiles and flyers for their broader team.
The Solution: We provided a suite of templates for both channels and then uploaded them to Canva so any team member would be able to access them anytime to produce professional looking creative on demand.
A suite of social templates were created across all three business units, providing a consistent approach to self-serve social.
The ease of editing text and swapping out imagery means team members can create on-brand social content with confidence.
Similarly, a suite of editable flyers were created, some with fixed content components and others (like team member details) being flexible to change as needed.
These templates allow the team to create repeatable and print ready artwork by themselves with confidence that the material will be on-brand every time.
